AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNITY-BASED HEALTH SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Insurance Commissioner to explore an incentive-based system to expand private insurance coverage of community-based health services, including, but not limited to, outpatient and home-based health care, earlier screening and diagnosis, preventive care and treatment for developmentally disabled children.
Statement of Purpose:
