AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE RATE INCREASE REQUESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the authority of the Insurance Department to approve, modify or disapprove health insurance rate increase requests.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the authority of the Insurance Department to approve, modify or disapprove health insurance rate increase requests.
