AN ACT CONCERNING A STATE-WIDE MODEL POLICY ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to develop and implement a state-wide law enforcement model policy regarding the response to incidents of domestic violence, thereby strengthening the enforcement of protective and restraining orders.
Statement of Purpose:
To adopt a state-wide model policy on domestic violence for law enforcement personnel.
