AN ACT CONCERNING POSTJUDGMENT INTEREST.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that an order for postjudgment interest be entered automatically when a default installment judgment order is entered against a defendant.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that an order for postjudgment interest be automatically entered when a default installment judgment order is entered against a defendant.
