AN ACT CONCERNING CHILD SUPPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reform the child support system in order to provide child support enforcement and timely payments to custodial parents.
Statement of Purpose:
To reform the child support system in order to provide child support enforcement and timely payments to custodial parents.
