AN ACT ALLOWING MINORS TO WORK IN FAMILY BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 557 of the general statutes be amended to allow minors to work in a family business provided both parents consent in writing.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow minors to work in family businesses provided they have the consent of their parents.
