AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO ABSENTEE BALLOTS FOR REFERENDUM VOTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to permit voters qualified to vote absentee the ability to obtain a ballot without having to personally collect the ballot at town hall for referendum votes.
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate voting in referendum votes.
