AN ACT CONCERNING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONNECTICUT RESOURCES RECOVERY AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-261 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the membership of the board of directors of the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority shall be expanded to include additional board members from municipalities with a population of less than fifty thousand residents.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the membership of the board of directors of the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority to include additional board members from small towns.
