AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAX ON DIESEL FUEL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 221 of the general statutes be amended to cut the tax on diesel fuel in half.
Statement of Purpose:
To cut the diesel tax by half.
