AN ACT CONCERNING STATE MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 2-32b of the general statutes be amended to require that no bill that creates or enlarges a state mandate to local governments shall be passed without the vote of at least two-thirds of each house of the General Assembly.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide municipal mandate relief.
