AN ACT CONCERNING THE LABELING OF CELLULAR PHONES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require appropriate and prominent labeling detailing the proper use of cellular phones.
Statement of Purpose:
To properly educate consumers about the safe and appropriate usage of cellular phones.
