AN ACT REDUCING THE NUMBER OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON SUBDIVISION AND SITE PLAN APPLICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 124 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement for a public hearing on a subdivision or site plan application when a public hearing has been previously held in connection with an approved change in zoning regulations or zoning maps.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce duplicative public hearings on certain subdivision and site plan applications.
