AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY REGIONAL COUNCILS OF GOVERNMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 50 of the general statutes be amended to authorize a regional council of government to deliver regional services.
Statement of Purpose:
To empower councils of government to deliver services on a regional basis.
