AN ACT CONCERNING WASTEWATER TREATMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to encourage municipalities to collaborate when providing services related to wastewater treatment.
Statement of Purpose:
To lower costs for rate payers and to avoid the expense of constructing new wastewater treatment facilities when such facilities exist in neighboring municipalities.
