AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL LAND LOCATED IN ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to include land owned by other municipalities on the grand list.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to tax land owned by other municipalities.
