AN ACT DEFINING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF PRIVATE ROADS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to define the responsibilities of property owners for the maintenance and repair of private roads.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish statutory standards of maintenance and repair for private streets to meet federal residential lending requirements as to private road standards.
