AN ACT PROVIDING RECREATIONAL IMMUNITY TO MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide municipalities with immunity from claims arising from injuries occurring on municipal property that has been opened to the public for recreational purposes, provided such municipality has not been negligent.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore recreational immunity to municipalities.
