AN ACT BANNING SMOKING IN PRIVATE CLUBS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to ban smoking in private clubs.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect and promote the public health by expanding the state's smoking ban to include private clubs.
