AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES FOR THE SALE OF RETAIL OPTICAL PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-151 of the general statutes be amended to permit a licensed optician or an optical department in an establishment, office or store to sell at retail optical products.
Statement of Purpose:
To give licensed opticians greater flexibility when engaging in the retail sale of optical products.
