AN ACT ALLOWING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO HOST "CASINO NIGHTS".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 946 of the general statutes be amended to permit nonprofit organizations to host "casino nights", where participants can purchase credits to play games of chance, if the hosting organization keeps all proceeds and if participants receive no money in return.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit nonprofits organizations to raise funds through "casino nights".
