AN ACT DEFINING TERMS RELATED TO THE SPENDING CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 2-33a of the general statutes be amended to define "increase in personal income", "increase in inflation" and "general budget expenditures" by a three-fifths vote of the members of each house of the General Assembly to implement the state constitutional spending cap.
Statement of Purpose:
To implement the state constitutional spending cap.
