AN ACT FREEZING STATE EMPLOYEE SALARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require funding for wages and salaries for state employees for each year of the budget biennium ending June 30, 2013, to be in the same amounts as for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.
Statement of Purpose:
To enact a two-year salary and wage freeze for state employees.
