AN ACT REQUIRING CERTIFICATION FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require that all early childhood education teachers hold certification pursuant to section 10-145b of the general statutes with an endorsement in early childhood education.
Statement of Purpose:
To require all early childhood education teachers to be certified.
