AN ACT CONCERNING RECIPROCITY FOR TEACHER CERTIFICATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-145b of the general statutes be amended to permit reciprocity for teacher certification with those states that have similar or higher standards than the state of Connecticut.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit certain out-of-state teachers a reciprocal certificate if the standards for certification are similar to or greater than the state of Connecticut.
