AN ACT REPEALING THE IN-SCHOOL SUSPENSION MANDATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (g) of section 10-233c of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the in-school suspension mandate.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the in-school suspension mandate.
