AN ACT CONCERNING THE SURCHARGE ON RENTAL CARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 228e of the general statutes be amended to provide that the surcharge on rental cars shall not be charged to residents of this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the surcharge on rental cars for residents of Connecticut.
