AN ACT REQUIRING A PLAN FOR THE CONSOLIDATION OR ELIMINATION OF MANY STATE AGENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 57 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Administrative Services to develop a plan for the consolidation or elimination of many of the current state boards, agencies and commissions.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the size of government.
