AN ACT CONCERNING CANDIDATE'S APPEARING ON MORE THAN ONE LINE ON THE BALLOT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to permit candidates to be endorsed by only one party on the ballot.
Statement of Purpose:
To avoid confusion and ensure integrity in elections.
