AN ACT CONCERNING THRESHOLDS, PREVAILING WAGES AND PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to increase the threshold amounts for the prevailing wage to double the current levels for new projects and for remodeling projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To double the threshold amounts for prevailing wage requirements.
