AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE DIAL-A-RIDE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That funding for the Dial-A-Ride program be maintained at a level equal to or greater than funding for such program for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that Dial-A-Ride services for the elderly are funded at current or improved levels.
