AN ACT CONCERNING TAX CREDITS AND OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit tax credits or state financial assistance to businesses where the cost per job exceeds thirty thousand dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that when state resources are being used, those resources create the most jobs possible.
