AN ACT DESIGNATING SOUTH STRATFORD AS AN ENTERPRISE ZONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 32-70 of the general statutes, concerning designation of enterprise zones by the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, be amended to authorize the designation of South Stratford as an enterprise zone.
Statement of Purpose:
To designate South Stratford as an enterprise zone.
