AN ACT LOWERING THE INVESTMENT THRESHOLD FOR ANGEL INVESTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-704d of the general statutes be amended to lower the cash investment required to qualify for an angel investor credit from one hundred thousand dollars to twenty-five thousand dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the investment threshold required to qualify for angel investor tax credits.
