AN ACT REDUCING UNWANTED PHONE BOOKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Utility Control to establish a system for opting in to receive telephone books of residential listings.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate unwanted white pages telephone books.
