AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF PROPANE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the Department of Public Utility Control to set rates for the sale of propane.
Statement of Purpose:
To make propane a regulated industry under the Department of Public Utility Control.
