AN ACT CONCERNING SUFFICIENT NUMBERS OF BALLOTS AT POLLING PLACES FOR ALL ELECTIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require that each municipality provide one ballot per registered voter for all federal, state and municipal elections and that the cost of such ballots be paid from the Citizens' Election Fund.

Statement of Purpose: 

To ensure that sufficient ballots are available for voters during elections.
