AN ACT CONCERNING CONVERSIONS OF LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES AND ANNUITIES TO LONG-TERM CARE POLICIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow an insured under a life insurance policy or contract holder of an annuity to convert such policy or annuity to a long-term care policy.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow an insured under a life insurance policy or contract holder of an annuity to convert such policy or annuity to a long-term care policy.
