AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM LIABILITY LIMITS FOR AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the minimum liability limits for automobile insurance from the current twenty thousand/forty thousand dollar limit to an increased fifty thousand/one hundred thousand dollar limit.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the minimum liability limits for automobile insurance from the current twenty thousand/forty thousand dollar limit to an increased fifty thousand/one hundred thousand dollar limit.
