AN ACT REQUIRING SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS TO SUBMIT TO REGULAR DRUG TESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require school bus drivers to submit to regular drug tests in order to maintain their licenses.
Statement of Purpose:
To require school bus drivers to submit to regular drug tests in order to maintain their licenses.
