AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF FUNDS FROM THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit appropriations from the Special Transportation Fund for purposes other than road and transportation projects and the payment of debt service on bonds issued for transportation projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that funds from the Special Transportation Fund be used only for transportation purposes.
