AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM FOR MUNICIPAL AND REGIONAL "DIAL-A-RIDE" PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 13b of the general statutes be amended to restore funding to the state matching grant program for municipal and regional dial-a-ride programs, established in section 13b-38bb of the general statutes, to the funding levels during the fiscal years ending June 30, 2006, and June 30, 2007, as provided in section 13b-57s of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide transportation assistance for elderly and disabled residents by providing matching state funds for municipal and regional dial-a-ride programs.
