AN ACT REDUCING SURETY BOND REQUIREMENTS FOR USED AUTOMOBILE DEALERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce the surety bond amount required for used automobile dealers to twenty thousand dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the surety bond amount required for used automobile dealers to twenty thousand dollars.
