AN ACT CONCERNING AIRPORT PARKING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to apply the sales tax to all airport parking, both self-serve and valet, and that section 15-101m of the general statutes be amended to increase the access fee for off-airport parking operators from four per cent to ten per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To apply sales tax to airport parking, and to increase access fees for off-airport parking operators.
