AN ACT CONCERNING FREE IDENTIFICATION CARDS FOR CERTAIN SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That Connecticut identification cards be issued, at no cost, to senior citizens who have given up their Connecticut motor vehicle operator's license.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide free photo ID cards for seniors who no longer drive.
