AN ACT CONCERNING LANDLORD IMPERSONATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to make landlord impersonation a felony.
Statement of Purpose:
To discourage persons from impersonating landlords.
