AN ACT CONCERNING VOTER PRIVACY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to limit the copying and distribution of voter check-off sheets or other voter participation information that would reveal the identity of individuals who did or did not choose to exercise their right to vote.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent voter participation information from being used to intimidate people based on their decision whether to exercise their right to vote.
