AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION TO STUDY CONGESTION ON I-95.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation be required to conduct a study of congestion on I-95 from the Connecticut-New York border to the Connecticut-Rhode Island border.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for a comprehensive study of congestion issues on I-95 so the Department of Transportation can better plan for congestion mitigation.
