AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to utilize resources and innovation to improve underperforming schools in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To revamp underperforming schools with resources and innovation.
