AN ACT CONCERNING OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of funds from the Citizens' Election Fund for operating expenses by the State Elections Enforcement Commission.
Statement of Purpose:
To safe-guard the Citizens' Election Fund.
