AN ACT CONCERNING BALLOT ACCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the number of ballot petition signatures required for ballot access to the lesser of one per cent of the votes cast in the previous election or one thousand.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the ease of ballot access.
